Wednesday

Jamie is going to be moved to a private room either today or tomorrow. I am so happy how far he has come in 3.5 wks.

Jamie’s swallow test is tomorrow; he hates that tube in his nose and is looking forward to getting it out and getting some real food. (Beer)

Let's pray for Jamie to do well on his swallow test, and a continued quick recovery.

Yay Jamie! Just keep thinking about beer. We are planning a special batch just for you!

I'm thinking of you from sunny Seattle, where I'm learning Minitab. Not quite as bad as having a tube in my nose, but it's close.

I was looking around the internet for information on swallowing tests today. I don't know exactly what they entail, but I do know that Jamie doesn't like them. It just doesn't seem fair that it's either a tube in the nose or an uncomfortable test!

While searching, I found a story very similar to Jamie's. It is a blog posted by the Snow Family, an d it tells about the inspiring progress of Gary, who suffered complications similar to Jamie's after an accident.

It's good to know that we're not alone in this struggle. I'll continue to pray for both Jamie and Gary.

You are amazing!
Maybe they can feed the beer through the tube until it is removed...
The move to the new offices toady just wasn't the same without you!
I can't wait until your all better, and we can all laugh and joke throughout the day.
Looking forward to seeing you soon!!!
